Seneca were appointed by Paul Simon Homes to provide MEP design consultancy services on the West Green Road development. The project is a new build residential scheme comprising 88 residential units across three buildings.

The MEP services strategies are different for each block to satisfy differing social housing company requirements. Block A is based on an energy efficient local exhaust heat pump system in each of the homes, providing heating and hot water. For blocks B and C, each block has a roof mounted high efficiency gas fired boiler system, serving heat interface units in each home that provide hearing and hot water. ​
