Scope
Seneca Group were the MEP consultants for the new Babbo Italian restaurant located at 29-31 St. John's Wood High Street in London, involving the refurbishment of a previously used restaurant unit.

Comfort, flexibility and operational efficiency were key design drivers in arriving at system design and selection.
This led to the incorporation of efficient and controllable space heating and cooling by means of a VRV system, along with mechanical fresh air supply and extract system, with heat recovery for energy efficiency, to the dining room spaces.
