Seneca were the ESD consultants for a new build hotel and winery in Yarra Valley, Victoria, informing the sustainable design for the project. The design strategy incorporates an approach to sustainability that would include start to finish sustainability/zero carbon, with the construction process and the materials used aiming for sustainable/zero carbon credentials.

Energy, water and resources used in the process operate as a self-sufficient energy generating facility, with water and waste recycling for use not only in the hotel but wider adjacent agricultural purposes.
