Scope
Seneca were the ESD consultants for the new build development at a site in Yarraville, informing the sustainable design for the project as well as producing a Sustainable Management Plan.
The development comprises 21 apartments across three stories above a basement car park, which incorporates a car stacker system, at 207 Somerville Road, Yarraville.
The sustainable design optimised daylight/shading/natural ventilation, ensured energy efficiency measures were incorporated, included water efficiency and recovery systems, and achieved ESD benchmark targets of 6 Star NatHERS average for all apartments.
