Scope
Seneca were the ESD consultants for the new build development at a site in Footscray, informing the sustainable design for the project and producing an ESD assessment. The development is comprised of 23 apartments across four storeys above a car park at 205-207 Ballarat Road.​
The sustainable design optimised daylight/shading/natural ventilation, ensured energy efficiency measures were incorporated, renewable technologies such as solar thermal/photovoltaic systems were included and achieved ESD benchmark targets of 6 Star NatHERS average for all apartments.​
