Scope
Seneca were appointed by Lipman Properties to provide MEP Design Consultancy Services.
​
The proposal for the new hotel involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new building ranging between five and eight stories in height. The new building will provide a 76 bed hotel.
Seneca provided RIBA Stage 3 design services for mechanical, electrical and public health building services installations associated with the East Ferry Road Hotel project. The MEP services strategy is based on a central VRV system, along with full fresh air mechanical ventilation.
