Scope
Seneca Group were appointed as the MEP consultants by Governside Ltd for the project.​
​
The proposal for the hotel involved the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new building of five stories in height, facing onto North End Road. The new building will provide a 50-bedroom hotel.
Seneca Group provided RIBA Stage 3 design services for mechanical, electrical and public health building services installations. The MEP services strategy is based on a Central VRV System, along with full fresh air mechanical ventilation.
