Scope

Seneca were appointed by Paul Simon Homes to provide MEP design consultancy services on the Lawrence Road development. The project is a new build residential scheme comprising 80 residential units across three cores in a single building.

​

The MEP services are based on a central thermal plant located in a basement plantroom, comprising a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit with a complementary high efficiency gas fired boiler system, serving heat interface units in each home to provide heating and hot water.
