Scope
The project involved the erection of a two storey dining room and classroom block, as well as the refurbishment and new layout to an existing changing room block.
Seneca were the MEP consultants for the development. The MEP strategy was based on optimising the use of natural ventilation with the assistance of façade and orientation optimisation, supplemented by heat recovery ventilation as required.
