Scope
Seneca Group were appointed as the MEP consultants for the Mandarin Oriental Rooftop Bar, an elevated and stylish 50-seat bar and outdoor terrace in Mayfair.
​
Comfort, flexibility and operational efficiency were key design drivers in arriving at system design and selection.​
This led to the incorporation of efficient and controllable space heating and cooling by means of a VRV system, along with mechanical fresh air supply and extract system, with heat recovery for energy efficiency, to the dining room.
